Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or simply want to enjoy nature, this space is designed to provide you with an unforgettable experience. Additionally, our studio is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Comfort and Style Our studio is designed for two guests and features a luxurious bathroom with a spacious bathtub (1.80 m) and a walk-in shower, specially designed for easy access and comfort. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Wellness Directly connected to the terrace of the holiday studio is a cozy private wellness area featuring a sauna and hot tub. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and privacy. The spacious sauna comfortably fits two people lying down, and you are welcome to do sauna infusions for an enhanced experience. Afterwards, you can enjoy the luxurious hot tub, equipped with lighting, jet streams, and bubbles. The wellness area is fully covered, making it a wonderful experience even on rainy or cold winter days. Infusion aromas and hygienic products for the hot tub are provided as standard.

Fully Equipped Kitchen and Cozy Dining Room The compact yet complete kitchen comes with all modern conveniences, including a stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster, grill, e-BBQ, coffee machine, kettle, and a full set of kitchen utensils. The cozy dining area is the perfect spot for a hearty breakfast or an intimate dinner.

Sleeping and Relaxation Area The studio offers a comfortable, large double bed, bedside tables with ambient lighting, a television, and a soundbar for ideal music accompaniment. For a touch of nostalgia, there’s also a 1950s-style radio available. A spacious wardrobe with hangers and drawers provides plenty of storage for your belongings.

Private Terrace and Garden Access From the studio, you have direct access to a private terrace with a comfortable lounge set, sunshade, and atmospheric lighting. Here, you can enjoy views of the garden and the tranquility of nature. The studio has independent access, with an electronic code for both the main entrance and the studio itself, giving you complete freedom during your stay. There’s also a private parking space right in front of the entrance for added convenience.

Wheelchair Accessible The studio is designed with accessibility in mind. The walk-in shower and spacious layout ensure that wheelchair users can enjoy a comfortable stay. The access paths are step-free, and the interior layout provides ample room for easy movement.

Ideal Location Although you're staying in the peaceful Oud-Sabbinge, you're only a 5-minute walk from the Veerse Meer. Here, you'll find a beach, a restaurant, a snack bar, and a boat trailer site. For groceries and other essentials, Wolphaartsdijk is just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away, where you’ll find a supermarket to meet all your daily needs.

Bike Storage on Request While the studio has recently been renovated and doesn’t yet have a fixed bike storage facility, we offer the option to store bikes safely in the garage upon request. You'll receive a key to the garage, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free.
